How to create button action?

Hello everyone.
So I use JDBC Datalist Binder to combine two forms to create one datalist. My problem is I cannot figure out how to create a button that will redirect to that one particular form that I want.
So let's say I have Form1 and Form2. I already have datalist for Form1 and created another datalist that combine Form1 and Form2. From the JDBC Datalist Binder, I need to create a button that will redirect to datalist Form1.
If anyone has any idea, please let me know. Thank you in advanced!
