Issue of displaying canceled requests

Hi,

I have a created a simple request submittion application where you can submit a form for approval.

 

the problem is that each time a press on  "New Request", if i dont want to fill the form and just close the window, the form/request still appears in my inbox userview under the Activity name

Hi Sultan,

This is a well known problem. you can remove the activity from process where you submit the request and instead you can map the form at "Run Process":

 

 

The process will only start when a form is being submitted.
