Speed problems with the Rich Text Editor component load

Hello team, we have seen that, randomly, there are performance problems (extreme slowness) with the Rich Text Editor component, reaching the point that in some moments it takes several minutes to load the component before it can be used, even in the basic toolbar mode.
Has this happened to you? Does the local PC configuration have any impact on this?
