Can't add new record in CRUD

Confluence User - 09 May, 2018

I have a CRUD menu item within a Userview. When I click on this menu item the records appear fine in the datalist and I can click Edit on a record and bring it up to edit with no problem.

However, when I click on the New button I receive the error

Sorry, access is forbidden for security reasons.
Please refresh the previous form before submitting it.

What could be causing this?

Do check the catalina.out and joget.log files for the error message(s) which might give a better picture of your issue.
