HI

i want to do a spreadsheet in a form for students absent record like this

My question is how i can load the students name from another table ?

You need to use https://dev.joget.org/community/display/KBv6/Multirow+Form+Binder to read from other table via form. See the video Video Tutorials#CreatingmultirowgridinForm too

Hi, it is same like Form Grid, you will just need to change the "Format Type" to "Dropdown" then put the form id to retrieve the options field in "Format".

i used the Multirow Form Binder but it just stores the data in the right table i want the spreedsheet to be outputted with the names from the other form

I can't use the dropdown format because i want all the names to be displayed in the spreedsheet like an excel file
