Data List Hyperlink View Forms

Hello everyone,

 

I have a simple requisition application where everything is now working fine. However, we need to review all the existing submitted forms in the past. How to do that?? 

 

What I have tried??

 

I create a new datalist shown below.

 

When I click the View, The page directs me to a blank form.

What I want to do is, I want to view what exactly the form looks like when it was submitted/approved in case we need to have a printout of the exact accomplished form.

 

Below is my current datalist hyperlink configuration.

 

 

Will really appreciate if someone could assist, this is the only last thing needed in our project before the actual implementation.

 

Hoping it is possible.

Hi, it will be easy if you use CRUD element. If you using community version, then you can add a Form menu with the form you want to view. Your hyperlink can point to the form menu and pass record id with "id" parameter.

If I understand correctly, you want to view each submitted form, right? Have you tried using CRUD in userview instead of hyperlink in datalist?

Thanks a lot for your helpful response, I did what you've said, However I'd Just notice that some of the hash variable seems to be not working. Please help...

Hu Nurul, You've understand it correctly, However Im using the community edition, where CRUD is not available. Please help. thanks!
