Storing Status from 3 different forms in 1 list

Hi,

I have a "status" field which tracks whether this object is working or not. This will be updated automatically using three different forms. How can I combine the status inputs from these three different forms into one field where only the most recent "updated status" is saved?

ensure all 3 forms is using the same table name Form Builder > Settings > Table Name

and using the same field id for "status" field.
