Go to your list → data → Select the source of data as "Platform Entity"

Then click Next → Select the Entity as "Form Data Audit Trail" 

Alternatively, based on the documentation you can also directly fetch using database SQL query the Logged data will be saved to table named app_form_data_audit_trail.
