Hi Luqman, Try using List Inbox Menu to show your custom columns in the assignment inbox list.  

Please note that each custom HTML element can only handle one field - make sure to use separate custom HTML elements for each field. You'll also need to enable auto populate saved value option in the custom html for the form to retrieve these values back into the form after saving. To retrieve the value back, you can enable Auto populate saved value? under Advanced Options below.

Additionally, check if your values are being stored properly in the database. 

Regarding the app you shared - please try reuploading it properly again as it is throwing error while trying to import.

Here is the reupload app with successfully import to the joget. Regarding to use separate custom HTML elements for each field, I've done it but only id description retrieve from the List. And for the List Inbox Menu, how you actually make it, like in the basic Joget Comunity, theres no List Inbox at it.
