Process status formatter not working anymore in Datalist.

I am using process status as a formatter is a Datalist. It was working just fine. Until now, it is not presenting any progress (always 0%). And it does not show the process maps. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this? (I am using cloud Version: 8.1.8 - build f540f18)

Hi Mohamed! Sounds like a configuration issue since it's working fine for me (I'm using Cloud Version: 8.1.8 - build f540f18). Try checking your process permissions, formatter view permissions, process status configuration in your workflow, and review the error logs for any issues.
