Joget SSO Login SAML

If I have a list of users maintained in Joget.

for eg.

EmpCode: A111

Name: Mary

how do I link this user via SAML by authenticating empcode A111 with AD (the empcode is the username for AD as well). Meaning to say, if the employee is not maintained as a user in Joget, he/she will login fail even with sso.
