Double Form Grid (Ajax)

Hello team.
I am designing a system to place orders from a garment company. Basically an order is a list of products, sizes and quantities. What we have thought is basically this mockup:
What should ideally happen is that we can add quantities per size in grid 2, depending on the product added and selected in grid 1. We have seen that it is possible through a "double" form grid, but visually it is not possible to have everything on the same screen, as this design represents. Do you know a way to make a kind of "Ajax" Form Grid for the represented case? Do you have any suggestions to achieve this goal?
