Hope everything is well,

Please refer to below sequence for my concern,

1. I have an application for menu requisition.
2. After the end user submits the request, approval will be sent to end user HOD(Approval Notification will also be received by HOD via email).
3. After the HOD approved the request, the next approver will be the Financial Controller and so on up to the higher management.

My question is, how can I track where does the approval is currently pending, I have red datalist inbox, however it seems that the feature is not available in Free Edition v 6.0.6(the one that I am currently using), is there any work around?? Please let me know. will very truly appreciate it.

I was thinking the below.

1. HOD - Approved
2. Financial Controller - Approved
3. Financial Director - Pending
4. CEO - Pending 
5. and so on.....
