When a form is submitted there is no generation of message in inbox

When a form(1) is submitted there is no generation of message in inbox.

But i have added run process(2) in my userview and when i run the process, only then i get a message in inbox.

Hey there, 

Using the Form Userview Menu, it is used only as a method to add new records into the table. It is not related to a process.

Assignments are only issued to users via process activities.

Hey there, You can create a process to assign tasks to users. Then, you can use a Datalist Inbox to use back your intended datalist to display appropriate information.
