How to trigger web API after submitting a form. Example: Approved -> Call Web API from Joget.

and can you please show me step by step on how to do it?

Hi, assuming your web API supports either JSON or SOAP, you can use the JSON Tool or SOAP Tool. You can either use them as a Post Form Submission tool in your form, or map them to a tool in your process (Map Tools to Plugins) after the form activity.
