How to delete the file from process builder

Hi guys, I have some problem when I need to delete the file from Process Builder. By right it should have a
dustbin logo which allow the user to delete it, somehow in my joget dx8 don't have the logo to allow me to delete the thing which I am unable to generate the app from form builder. Hopefully you guys can help me to solve it. Thank you and have a nice day.
