Hey izzat,

When configuring your spreadsheet column, select "dropdown" for Format Type field, and then key in the form definition ID of the form that contains an option-type form element in the Format field.

this is my spreadsheet. how can i customize my field?? currently "Other" field is readonly. i want if i select "Tidak Aktif", the "Other" field will be textfield. how can i do this?

First, for Format Type field, select "custom". Then, you are able to paste in the Javascript code in Format field.
