How can I schedule the JSON Tool to call an API every 2 hours?

Hello everyone!
I'm trying to figure out how to schedule the JSON Tool in Joget to automatically call an API every 2 hours. Is there a built-in way to do this, or do I need to use a workaround? Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
