why json api does not work for external form

Hi,

Before this, I try use json api from external form but the form is still in joget workflow base url which is "http://localhost:8080/jw/" . But I want to integrate external form from external base url with joget workflow process. I try using "http://localhost/" but I get 404 not found in return.

Hi, I do not understand the question. What is supposed to be running at http://localhost?

I try to triggered joget workflow process from external form. Before this, I use https://dev.joget.org/community/display/KBv5/Start+a+Process+from+External+Page but it is in joget workflow env and using base url "http://localhost:8080/jw/";. But what if the external form is not using in joget workflow env and using other base url? can the integration still working?

Hi,

Sure, your external page can be hosted in any env. ( Intranet or Public host) but needs access to the Joget Workflow Server and port to run your Page and trigger your process.
