Filter your datalist records, then click export csv/excel. For example, add a filter for "date created" and filter your list for date "01/11/2018" and click "Show", the datalist will then show all records for "01/11/2018". Now click the export datalist buttons. Add filters according to your filtering requirement in your datalist.

The use of filters is clear, however, for example in our case we have several domain managers based on large lists (50000 records, for example). When the administrator of the application needs to make some specific checks, he prefers to download the list in excel directly from the datalist and there comes the problem: when the number of records is large (even when filters have been applied), heap space errors usually occur due to memory loss. Expanding the memory of our servers is not, at the moment, an option. Is there any parameter to handle this type of situation?
