joget cloud inbox user did not receive it

Confluence User - 20 Nov, 2018
User clicked submit button success but inbox user did not receive it (cannot click complete) checked Data List which showed the data were recorded ! (but my user did not receive it).
How to way to solve it.
Now in userview user cannot see inbox and cannot click complete button ,this process cannot working

Hi,

Do ensure that you are starting a process via the "run process" userview menu, not a Form or CRUD userview menu.

Also, do ensure that your participant mappings is correct.

Hi, did you check the running process and activity instances under Running Processes and Running Activity Instance to see who the tasks are assigned to? Perhaps they are assigned to other users?
