How to load data in custom html field?

There is no problem to load data if using provided text field. But how to load data from database in custom html field? Below is the example

Hi

Place the custom HTML is a section of its own then use JDBC Form Binder in that section to retrieve the data from database or you could also use Bean Shell Form Binder.
