Process stop before completing the last step.

Hi all,

I have an issue where the process stop at "Route 7" before the final step. I cannot figure out why this is happening. This issue only started last month and before that everything was OK.

you may check the workflow variable there, you used “status” as workflow variable, make sure the value is captured correctly on previous activity or task

Thank you for your reply. Previously I had no issue with the process, I'm wondering why all of a sudden the problem appears?
