How to transfer all files and users data from on-premise to on-demand server?

I have already submitted a ticket but have not received any response.
I uploaded the latest backup from enterprise package to starter package on the following link:
https://carillon.on.joget.cloud/jw/web/login
but the information of our users is not uploaded and only plugins and similar items are uploaded correctly.
What information do you need from the Joget database so that I can send it to you, in order to upload it to the cloud server, ensuring that all organization data, roles, and users are available on the platform and that they can work exactly as they did on the dedicated server (on-premise)?
