Restriction for one field id?

Hello guys. i have some question that relate on database.
Did you guy know any method in Joget can do for restriction one field id saved into the database?
Analogy : I enter the (ic number / passport number)field id. HOW can i check it into database after they submit the form? and if the field id is exist the data not save and popup the error?
