How to cancel a process in CRUD without aborting the process.

Hi, I want to cancel a process using CRUD. I've tried using Delete function in CRUD userview by ticking abort related running process. What happen is, once the process was aborted, the submitted form are not in the CRUD list. I just want to end the process without deleting it so that the records is still there.This CRUD list act as user report. Is there any other way to do this. Thanks in advance.
