HTML and Nested HASH Variable

Hi folks ¡ , i´m needing send e-mails from Joget Server, but need give a field in a table that is not related by the key field, this is the example:
This is the master table with the quotation number and primary key
This is the secondary table with his primary key , the nested hash must be someting like this : #form.ITEMS_COTIZACION.line_total[4a792461-c0a8001f-1ac734a0-6275d231]#
of course to be dinamically i need pass the ID from the Form that is using the user when send the e-mail.
someone have an idea to resolve this problem? maybe througth other ways or hash variables?
