Enable Column Action on a Table other than display:table

I would like to enable column actions on each column. The new Table i am using is kendo:grid. We have a template field with each column. How would we set column actions to each column?

Hi, it seems like you are trying to change the source code in the data list itself. Why don't you make use of Column Formatter or Datalist Action plugins instead?
