You can add new columns on the respective datalist under Lists in the Design App.

For example, if the datalist selected in popup select box is called "Datalist A", head back to the Design App > Forms & UI and you should see "Datalist A" under the Lists column. Click on it and you'll be directed to the Datalist Builder.

To add new columns, drag and drop the column elements under Columns / Filters from the left section of the builder to the center section that says Drag Columns Here .
