Importing CSV files with dates?

How can I do this? The format of my event_date column is Date Picker, but I am unable to import that column from excel because it gets imported as an integer.

Hi

Attached below is a sample app & sample csv file, to import csv file with dates (KB Import Menu). Do note that the column number starts with 0 (zero) counting from left to right. Hope this helps you understand how import works.
