Import Tool

Confluence User - 19 Jul, 2019

I'm trying to use Import Menu, I have linked to Menu to the form I want and the excel or csv files have the column names. But, when I run it, it tells me that 28 records imported but when I check the data list that is associated with the form, it show me the rows but nothing is in them.

 

Not sure what is going on.

Hi, what are your settings in your Import Menu? Perhaps you did not map the field names correctly as per Import Menu.

Thank you. I check it the settings. They were okay, however the mapping was wrong.
