have ensured that the store binder and the load binder has been set?
The "File" & "Image" format type require the Form Store Binder which able to handle file storing such as Multirow Form Store Binder. But it is not limited to Multirow Form Binder, any custom binder or Bean Shell binder implemented for file storing, it will work too.
