How to store popup select box to form grid

I want to know how to store data from popup select box to from grid..

Here is my form

And then this is form that will you see after you click (plus) 

After you click submit you will see 

My question is why if I choose "Mouse" in "Nama Barang", but why after I click submit, the result of "Nama Barang" that store to grid is unknown text? Maybe there's something wrong with my setting in popup select box?

Hi, I believe that is the ID that is displayed. Perhaps you can try to use the name as the ID if it is unique.

Hi, thank you for your response, I have tried your recommendation but it still appear as previous.

Maybe you know other setting in another field?
