I create form that can attach file by file uploade form.

when click for preview file type .doc .xls .xlsx

It will download automatically but file type is .doc_ .xls_ .xlsx_

What can I set up or do to be true file type?

show my setting in file uploade form

excel;file;uploade;downloade

To download without the underscore appended, try checking (click yes) the File Upload property Download as Attachment.

In my test, the file when click is downloaded without the underscore if the "Download as Attachment" is ticked.

I think the underscore appended could be a browser issue.
