Duplicate data id only duplicate data not file upload

I try to make duplicate everything from id 0001 to new id 0002. But only name and duplicate file name data were duplicated. When click the file name for id 002 it was error. Here the screenshot and the apps.

Hi. the images and attachments behave a little differently, due to their behavior at the operating system level. These files are physically stored in a folder named with the same ID of the original form. Thus, even if the information is duplicated, the folder is not physically found. We also faced this problem and the way to solve it was through an intermediate form, managed through a form grid so that this image ID is kept independent of that of the main form.

hi i also face the same issue.. may i know how to do upload form in gid.
