form view permissions

Hi!
I am trying to do custom service desk application and have met some problem with permission. So I have datalist with custom property to show only current user requests and have hyperlink to form where I specify userview form with id = id of selected record. So this way people can check their form for some changes and make comments by subform repeater.
But I am able to change in my url id to different id and see other users tickets. So for example I've created request with id 10, and then I press "view", which goes to link "request_view?id=10", and if I change link to "request_view?id=9" I see other request, not created by me. I know I can control sections of form by permissions, but are there any easier way to do it?
