Issue on Approving escalation Part

Hi Team ,

In my application totally 4 level of approvers, once record created it will go to approver 1

if approver 1 does not   approve within 3 days  then the record will  move to approver 2 (through Exception) .

Now Approver 2  if he click approve button (page is showing "Please Wait")  there is no response in (logs , monitor ).


 

We checked the following :

  1. Puggin - No problem
  2.  Javascript (before #assignmentComplete# ) program works fine.
  3. Checked Inspect element in browser - No problem.


 


 

Please share the  input  on this.
