Dynamic education validation ?

Hello,
I wanted an education validation. To preside I have 3 columns of education fields i.e SSC, HSC and graduation.
I want the date picker to pick the date from a particular range depending on the previous date picker.
Ex, SSC Passing year is 12-04-2017 now my condition is that the person should have completed his/her HSC after 3 years of SSC date of passing. how can I do it?
