Register App

Register App is a process used to register a Joget App with specific details like app availability, app criticality, and the installation and environment it belongs to. This request requires an authorized approver to approve it to complete the registration.

Note that you will need a running instance of Joget to register and verify the process.

Fields:

• App ID: Auto Generated Field
• Installation: Choose Installation from the list of installations (Installations)
• Installation Approver: Installation Approver options are automatically filled with the choices added as installation approver when creating a new installation
• Environment: Environment name is automatically filled with the option chosen in the installation
• App Name: Application Name shows the list of installed applications
• App Criticality:
  • Very High
  • High
  • Medium
  • Low
  • Very Low
• App Availability:
  • Low
  • Medium
  • High
• App Purpose: Description for the purpose of the application
• Contact Type:
  • Owner
  • Business Contact
  • Technical Contact
• App Owner: Application Owner shows the list of developers or users with the role of APP_OWNER
• Assign To:
  • Individuals: When assigned to an individual, an individuals section is shown with the list of developers with the role of APP_DEVELOPER.
    
  • Group: When assigned to a group, a group section is shown with the list of groups created in the cloud
    
• Set Pipeline?: Enable this to deploy the app by following the pipeline in the order of installations selected
