How to validate the data in the database in beanshell

Hi everyone, Can I know is there any way to validate the data in the database in beanshell? Because the requirement is like the user are not allow to order multiple order in a day so I hope to check the date and userid in the database is it same with the data user key in or wanted to submit / checking the duplication. How can I get the database data?
