Hiearchical approval
Hi,
My question is regarding hierarchical approval. In my flow there are 3 types of participants (employee, manager, director).
If an employee creates a request, it has to be approved by the manager first, and then by the director. When designing the process, I set the manager's level participants as below
This works well. However how should I set it for the director's level participants ?
I wanted to use the same "Map to Org Chart" as I did above but this is not working. When I use the same setting as above the Manager is seeing the Director's approval.
Can anybody let me know what is the right way to do this without coding?
Note that the Manager is the HOD of the employee's department and the Director is the HOD of the Manager's department.
