how to set a user as Admin after linked to LDAP?

Guys, referring to attached screenshot, what information should i fill up ? Would like to set this ID "accjoget" as the Admin, I have tried filled up as above but checked that he still assigned with only "user" role from the user list in DX Enterprise. I have none of account with Admin's role now, will be having problem upon the next time login.
Hope any Sifu here can assist/advise, thanks.
