Jasper Report in process flow

Hi,

I need to create a custom letter (data coming from the workflow variables and form data) and send it as a PDF during the process. Ideally I want to reuse functionalities that already exist. I cannot use the form to PDF tool as the letter has to be customized (it is an official letter) with logos, images and static text at the right position.

I have been looking at Jasper Report and we can do nice letters with it and export to PDF but looks like it is only for userview and cannot be used during a flow.

Any idea how I can do that in Joget?

You have to create Jasper report in userview as 1st step. (See JasperReports) so you can call report through its custom ID (with parameters)

In the end I decided to go with Report Builder. Much easier to use than Jasper Reports (which require a third party tool to build the JRXML and then import in Joget).
