SMTP failed

Hello experts,


I have got an error everytime I want to send test email. May I know how to solve it?

Hi, you will need to check the errors in the logs. The logs should contain the detailed error information to pinpoint the actual problem.

Hi,

I too experienced this. Try this in Gmail (enable less secure app)

https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=en

However this did not work for me. I had to switch to an Outlook email account for it to work. You will have to set the security access from 3rd party app as well in Outlook.
