How to do process acknowledgement after the approval process?

I do the process approval travel request either approved or rejected. If approved, admin need to do acknowledgement. The problem is, When admin login and click inbox, the approved data not in the listing.

Hi, please check your participant mapping in your process to ensure that the intended users receive their tasks like in Map Participants to Users. Under Monitor Apps, you can check the Running Activity Instance to see who the task is currently assigned to.
