Problem with design process flow.

I have problem on process with the process flow design. If HOD reject the form, supposely admin is not allowed to verify the application.
However even though the application status is 'Reject', the application is still allow the Admin to verify.

Does it flow to "Admin verify" activity? "Admin verify" is part of "Admin" swimlane. And, am I right that you are saying that the user "admin" is not supposed to be assigned to "Admin Verify"?

Then, you just need to check the participant mapping. See Map Participants to Users

By the way, it is very confusing to have participant name, activity name, and user name to be the same. :S
