Is it possible to let the participants know that there are some apps' activity that they need to be proceed (not by using email plugin).

For example my company has 100+ applications,so it could be really hard to know which applications are still running (their process is not completed yet), so is there any way to make app notification appear at the app center page so when I logging in I'll know which apps that I have to operate.

*from this picture* === four-point star sign appear at the top right corner of HR leave so that mean there is an activity that i have to operate in this HR leave application.
if it can't then is there any other way to do beside using email plugin???
