Joget Workflow uses the network interface information as one of the variables used to generate the system key. When you turn off and on the VM, the network interface configuration (eg MAC address) may be generated dynamically thus creating a different system key which may invalidate your existing Joget activation license. You will need to check with your virtual appliance provider on how to make the network "sticky" or preserve its state.
