In create account app from marketplace, I create an account, then sign in as admin to approve the account and approve it. When I go back to the create account app, under list of accounts it shows as pending? how do I solve this problem?

In Account Creation App from marketplace, I create an account, then sign in as admin to approve the account and approve it. When I go back to the create account app, under list of accounts it shows as pending? how do I solve this problem?

Without being able to view the app's process flow and participant mappings, it is hard to guess what's wrong.
However you can check in running processes who is the "List of Pending" for that activity to understand why it is still pending. Running processes is in https://localhost:8080/jw/web/console/monitor/running.
