We're using APIBuilder to provider data for external application and need to add some key/value in api response header.

Is there any possible way to do this?

Hi, I don't believe there is such a configuration option. Are you using a reverse proxy? If you are, then you could configure it to add headers, for example https://stackoverflow.com/questions/154441/set-up-an-http-proxy-to-insert-a-header.
